NEWARK – A new day-to-night café nestled in the heart of downtown Newark has emerged to cater to its community not just with great food, but with people-focused initiatives to combat social and economic issues affecting the city.

Sihana Bistro held its ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, Dec. 13. Apparently, word had already spread about the new chic hotspot, as it was elbow to elbow in the bistro’s bar and dining room, with friends cheering cocktails and sampling fresh meats.
