Gregory Good is a passionate urbanist and real estate professional with over 10+ years of experience dedicated to progressing thoughtful and innovative Community and Economic Development in the City of Newark and its environs.
Previous to joining Invest Newark as Chief Real Estate Officer & Director of Asset Management, Good served as Senior Development Officer at Newark Housing Authority where Gregory was responsible for all project management activities under HUD Mixed-Finance Guidelines, HUD Multi-Family Insurance Programs, HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD), New Jersey Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), Taxable and Tax Exempt Bonds, Home ownership Programs and Public Housing & Redevelopment Land Disposition. Prior to joining NHA, Gregory was the Economic Development Manager for the City of East Orange.
Gregory is a proud 3rd Generation Newark resident serving as Board Chair for the Greater Newark Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and as Commissioner on the Newark Central Planning Board. He is a graduate of The Lawrenceville School and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University. Gregory lives in Newark NJ with his wife and four children
